How We Fabricate Your Duct Work

The specifications from your engineer are entered into our software program where it calculates the most efficient way to cut the sheet metal. This information is then passed to the plasma cutter where each piece is cut out and labeled for fitting.

Once the sheet metal is cut it is run through the Lock-former Snaplock machine. This creases the edges so the pieces can be locked together to form the ductwork. The ductwork is then insulated with wrap or liner depending on the specifications. Finally it is delivered to your job site and assembled.
