Garnett Plus Keeps You Comfortable

When you are covered with Garnett Plus Energy Savings Agreement we manage the maintenance on your heating and cooling system which saves you money and aggravation. Our regular maintenance will keep your system running at peak performance which will save you energy. In many instances we find minor problems before they turn into big ones which again saves you energy and money. It also greatly reduces the chance of your system not heating or cooling at critical times.

The Garnett Plus program consists of tune-up maintenance that is scheduled approximately six months apart. Your HVAC system is meticulously cleaned and serviced. See the complete list of procedures below.

A technician will inspect your entire system and advise you if there are repairs needed that are not covered under the maintenance plan. Locating an issue early greatly reduces the chance that your system will break down and in most cases will save you money compared to the system going unchecked.

All repairs performed on covered equipment will be discounted 15%. Customers covered by Garnett Plus are considered priority customers and are given preference over service calls without it.

Garnett Plus Benefits

Tune-Ups include:

*During normal business hours and does not apply to 24-hour Emergency Service

“Just wanted to thank you all, for the service you provided me and my family. John came out to look at the unit and was able to quickly ID the problem. He even went "above and beyond" in my opinion, to salvage the fan that was connected to the old motor. Not sure who came back out to replace the motor once a new one was ordered but thanks to that person as well. The person that came back out to replace the motor, even added some new screws to the outdoor unit which a competitor never replaced the last time the unit was serviced.
I will be contacting your company when it is time to replace the whole system.”
